Dr. Manish Varma is an accomplished academician and institutional leader with over 27 years of experience spanning teaching, research, administration, and consultancy. He has played a pivotal role in establishing academic departments, strengthening governance systems, and achieving major accreditations such as NBA and NAAC. With deep expertise in Structural Engineering, sustainable construction, and academic quality assurance, Dr. Varma has consistently focused on aligning institutional growth with NEP-2020, outcome-based education, and industry expectations. His leadership emphasizes skill development, innovation, research culture, and industry collaboration, ensuring students are prepared for professional practice and lifelong learning.
Dr. Varma has authored several research publications, guided postgraduate and doctoral scholars, organized national and international academic programs, and led consultancy and sponsored projects exceeding ₹50 lakhs. He has also contributed nationally through initiatives such as Virtual Labs (IIT Roorkee) and USAID-supported WASH Innovation projects. As Principal, he is committed to building a student-centric, accountable, and future-ready institution offering quality education in Engineering and Management.
